Collaborative Leadership The 21st century calls us to adopt new ways of working together to effect change. Collaborative leaders cultivate an environment that fosters broad participation and inspires creative solutions. They achieve results by shifting to a facilitative leadership approach rather than relying upon traditional management styles.

In this interactive training, participants will explore their own leadership gifts and problem-solve how to meet collaborative leadership challenges by drawing upon the group's expertise.
