Training Associates Project (TAP)
CCP's unique train-the-trainer program uses
a "pebble in the pond" approach to build the capacity of participants
to provide training in their local communities. Drawing upon popular
education and adult learning methods, we combine leadership development
with skill-based content to create an environment conducive to learning.
