Connie Chan Robison
Executive Director

Connie is Executive Director for the Center for Collaborative Planning, a training and technical assistance center of the Public Health Institute. Connie promotes the Center's mission to advocate for health and social justice through work in community development, grassroots leadership development, and community building. Connie utilizes her community engagement experiences and public health training and background to support diverse organizations and communities in maximizing their capacity to effect social change.
Stephanie Carroll
Program Administrator

Stephanie handles the financial aspects of each program. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University, with a Bachelor's of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning.
Faye Kennedy
Program Associate

Faye provides technical assistance, training, support and personal coaching in the areas of leadership, collaboration, asset-based community development, strategic planning. Faye has more than 15 years of experience working as a human service professional, educator and group facilitator working with diverse communities, agencies, and organizations in northern California.
Sarah
Newton
Health Educator

Sarah provides training, technical assistance and consultation in
the areas of leadership, collaboration, asset-based community development,
and sustainability. She also coordinates event planning services
for foundation-sponsored events. Sarah has over five years experience
working with community-based organizations.
Ha Nguyen
Administrative Assistant

Ha provides clerical assistance and support. As an Administrative Assistant, Ha provides support for all of the programs within the Center, with special focus on the Community Building Initiative and Women's Health Leadership programs.
